Living Lotus Yoga
Self-love is the journey—alignment is the destination. Come Home to Yourself & Reignite Your Spark with Living Lotus
My business mission is about helping others navigate their own cycles of transformation, empowering them to move through fear, find alignment with their authentic selves, and build something lasting and meaningful. Whether it's through coaching, yoga classes, retreats, or Human Design and Self-Love courses, I guide people to embrace their journey, trust the process, and rise to their potential.
I’m a guide, space holder, and teacher for women ready to come home to themselves. I’ve walked through the fire and instead of letting it burn me down, I let it ignite me. My healing journey is ongoing, honest, and imperfect—and that’s what makes it real.
What I Do
I help women reconnect with their inner spark through self-love, mindfulness, movement, and Human Design. My work blends coaching, yoga, meditation, and journaling to help you create a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
What I Believe
Healing is not linear
You are the love of your life
You can turn your pain into purpose
You don’t need to have it all figured out to take the next right step
There is power in your softness, and strength in your truth
The life you want isn’t found—it’s created, one aligned decision at a time

Creating a life that feels good—not just looks good
Caring for Ourselves Is Natural.
So, Why Do We Make It Hard?
Living Lotus is inspired by the lotus flower—rooted in the mud, yet rising into something beautiful.
No matter where you’ve been or what you’re navigating, you can bloom.
Too many people assume they’re not good enough to start Yoga, let alone benefit from it. Society bombards us with faulty stereotypes that Yoga is a luxury reserved for the thin and wealthy, shaming everyone else to the back of the studio. These misconceptions can lead to self-judgements that keep us stuck in unhealthy life patterns.
If this sounds familiar, then you’re in the right place.
Yoga isn’t about showing up “perfectly,” it’s about living from your authentic self. A skilled Yoga teacher cares as much about improving her students’ inner lives as she does refining their outer techniques. Before I started to make self-love practices a priority in my life, I struggled to meet my goals and feel good about how I was showing up for myself and others. I was a shell of my true self.
I was sick and tired of always feeling like I wasn’t doing enough, trying enough or being enough and my mind would loop on self-limiting beliefs.
I was teaching others how to love themselves, but was I practicing what I preached??
