SELF: A 4-part Course for Spiritual & Emotional Discovery

What is SELF?

In this 4-part series we tap into the mind, body and spirit to get to know ourselves on a deeper level, expand into a richer version and leave behind what isn’t working so that we can move forward in our lives wiser, happier and more confident.

Part 1: Survey

Here, you clearly identify what’s working for you and what isn’t. Call out your pain points, blockages and doubts to regain your power.

Part 2: Expand

Now that you fully understand what you’d like to change, you’re ready to begin aligning your hopes with reality.

In this module you’ll try new things and lovingly experiment beyond your comfort zone.

The person you were meant to be is taking shape.

When the past no longer serves us, it’s time to let it go. This includes past beliefs, assumptions and worldviews that keep us small and trapped in a life we don’t want.

In this module you’re given the tools you need to carefully & deliberately let go of what no longer serves you.

Now that you understand that you are good, powerful and in control of your own emotional and spiritual health, you’re better positioned to begin manifesting the life you deserve,

In this module we learn how to commit to ourselves living in joy, peace and purpose.

Become the person you’re meant to be with actionable lessons designed by a yogi who’s been there.

What supportive daily habits will you introduce?

MOVEMENT

We’ll start with an opening stretch and a few gentle poses to warm up the body. When the body is open and warm we release endorphins that help us to receive the messages and get into a positive mindset for making change.

MEDITATION

Then, we’ll practice a specific meditation that aligns with the module we are working on. For example, when we “Survey” in our first module we are setting an intention to be open to receive; for discernment and honesty with self.

MANTRAS

Our mantra for the module will support us with consistency and intention setting. Where attention goes, energy flows. Practicing mantras are a way of ingraining new thought patterns into your subconscious. You will begin to believe what you tell yourself, thus increasing your self worth.

MINDFULNESS

Now that we have the foundation in the body and the mind, we have to EMBODY that by taking action. Creating new habits takes time. You will be putting the practices into action in the 2 week period between modules.

How is the content delivered?

The SELF course is divided into 4 modules over one month so that you can practice integrating the work within a two-week period.

Each week you will get a workbook with the guided journal prompts as well as a recording of the live session to refer back to as you integrate the lessons into your daily life.
